Standard Delegate Pass
A standard delegate pass gives the holder access to the Ocean Energy Europe 2019 exhibition and all conference sessions. Side events and technical visits can also be accessed by delegates free of charge, though advance sign-up may be required.

OEE Member Delegate Pass
Only direct members of Ocean Energy Europe, having paid their 2018 membership fees, can benefit from the discounted member registration. If you are not yet a member and wish to benefit from the discount, please contact Baiba Petrusevica for information on becoming a member. Any non-members who purchase this pass type will be asked to pay the difference or have their registration revoked.
OEE Member Delegate Pass: €485.00 + VAT & processing fees
Student Pass
Student (PhD student included) registration requires proof of status, i.e. either a copy of a valid 2018-2019 student ID card or an official letter from the educational institution, confirming that the registrant is a full-time student at the time of the event. Without this document, OEE reserves the right to proceed with non-member (or member, if applicable) registration and to charge the corresponding registration fee.

Newcomer Discount
First time attendees to an OEE Conference & Exhibition can get special discount by using the OEENEWCOMER discount code when registering. Don’t forget to click on ‘Apply code’ on the Registration Page !

Modification & cancellation
Modifying your registration
You can modify your registration here (log in using your email address and the Reference Number you received in your registration confirmation email).
Cancelling your registration
Cancellation is possible until 15 July 2019, subject to a cancellation fee of 25% of the total tax invoice amount. After this date, no refunds will be granted and the full balance remains due. All cancellations must be made in writing to events@oceanenergy.eu. Name changes on tickets may be made in writing to events@oceanenergy.eu, and are accepted until 30 August 2019.
Discount code conditions
Only one discount code can be used per registration.
If an attendee uses the OEENEWCOMER discount code but has attended a previous event, OEE will charge the difference in ticket price. This will be checked against previous year’s attendees lists. Attendees who have not paid their fees in full before the event will not be granted access.
