Horizon Europe has 5 ‘missions’ that will channel funding towards specific objectives. One of the Missions, Restore our Ocean and Waters by 2030, offers opportunities for ocean energy.

The Work Programme 2023-2024 includes a call for ‘Innovative nature-inclusive concepts to reconcile offshore renewables with ocean protection’.
