09.12.22 Innovation Fund €300m ‘Pilot Projects’ Window – Further Additional Information

The OEE briefing of 22 November identified 2 outstanding points of uncertainty for the ocean energy sector in the Innovation Fund ‘Pilot Window’:

  1. Are projects eligible if they operate for 15-20 years and generate revenues from power production to cover some of their costs?
  2. Can an Innovation Fund grant be combined with a Horizon Europe grant?
